Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) energy practice that supports relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance. As a Reiki Master, Tonia offers Reiki sessions to help promote calm, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection—especially for women navigating life transitions, high stress, or simply seeking moments of stillness and restoration.
Sessions are available virtually or in person and can also be incorporated into private coaching, yoga, or meditation sessions by request.
